At The House of Konkan, we’ve captured that sunshine, sweetness, and nostalgia in two of our most loved creations — the Mango Bar (Aam Papad) and the Jackfruit Bar (Phanas Poli).

Sourced from Our Own Farms

Our journey begins right at the source — the fertile Konkan soil.

The mangoes and jackfruits we use are grown in farms located close to our production unit, allowing us to keep a close eye on their quality and ripeness. Each fruit is handpicked at its sweetest point, ensuring that only the best goes into our bars.

Unlike commercial fruit bars that are often made from rejected or leftover lots, ours come from fresh, farm-grade produce — the kind you’d proudly serve at home.


Dipped in Desi Ghee & Sun-dried

Once pulped, the fruit mixture is lightly dipped in rich, aromatic desi ghee — giving it that unmistakable glossy texture and melt-in-the-mouth feel.
Instead of machine drying, our bars are sun-dried slowly under the Konkan sun, just the way grandmothers used to make them. This traditional process locks in natural sweetness, adds depth to the flavour, and gives every bite a soft yet chewy perfection.
